Wow! A clean slate. Has anyone had any experience with the Boss VF-1 24 bit multi effects processor? FM gave the half-rack unit their platinum award, March issue. 400 presets, 200 of which are user editable/storable.

Influx just bought one about a month ago. Ask him at: nflux1@aol.com.

He'd be glad to share his opinions with you.

i'm still using a boss se50 as my main box. if it's anything whatsoever to go by, i'll bet the vf1 will give you years of nice sounding reverbs and stuff. i hardly ever flange or phase or rotary any more, but it's nice to have one multi-fx around just in case.

I picked one up but won't have the time until next weekend to even look at it. On a 9 day work binge. Can't wait. I have rtfm on the subways to and from work though.

Hooked it up today. I'm impressed. That was a given. Sent my drumbox through it. Will try some other modules through it over the next couple of days. Looking forward to plugging in midistyle. It has really impressive presets and lots of room for user settings to be saved. I can see this will be a much used tool in my studio.
