Can someone post a groove of a trance beat. Like heard on many Sasha, Oakenfold, Paul Van Dyk stuff. I got it almost down but there is a snare on every 2nd and 4 kick that adds a added snap to the groove. When I try it, it just sounds off. Is there anyone that know what I mean. I hope so!

Try moving the snare line a little later in the seq, for example, I can shift the snare to hit either X amount later or eariler in my MPC. Dont use any software seq. so cant tell you how to do it on them, but I think that should get you what your looking for.

Yes..moving a sound by the slightest little bit can make a big difference..especially snares and bass drum's....
