I wonder how many hundred's of emails Roland gets daily, that end users fucking hate the new Groove Bullshit. My friend and I were talking about it the other day. What's next? The SH-707 or the Shitbox 606 mark2 Groove Approved with digibeam controller and a pink handle and more pussy ass, fruity thin voices? Think about it, what haven't they re-hashed yet? I e-mailed them once asking why they don't re-release the classic analog gear, and actually got a reply....they said that they prefer to concentrate their reasearch and development on newer gear such as the JP-8000...
Oh, and if you go to www.rolandgroove.com, there's a good interview with Liam Howlett; they talk about most of his Roland gear....and get this, Roland gave him a free SP-808, but he's convieniently not had the time to try it out.
(or maybe he just realizes that it's a piece of shit to start off with...). He's also very excited to try out the MC-505.....my ass, more like the interviewer put a gun to his head to say that....check it out!
