The Sid Station IS tight but its not a killer. I just listened to the demos and they are funky but they don't compare to the 303 and 777. The Sid Station is just another MIDI controlled digital synth module. Im not clowning on it cause it does sound pretty wicked but its in a whole other class. I might look into getting one, if I can hear some better demos.

Its analog man! Its kinda like a sequential circuits sixtrack - all the oscillators and filters etc on a single chip, but its MUCH fatter,also I wouldn't really say its a replacement for a 303 (nothing is) but it complements it nicely. It can do that whole acid thing but also much more besides. EG weird percussion and drum noizes, complex lfo fx, kick ass basslines and searing leads. GET ONE! peace :@
