After all my uQ joys, I got a really cool and helpful response from the guy credited as working Waldorf product support "Joerg Huettner"..

Turns out he's got a music project of his own going "Saros Project" (tracks over on MP3.COM unfortunately) .. haven't listened yet.. (Not endorsing any mp3.cum play-back-for-buttshaftin' but could be interesting..)

Yes - he monitors the support line thingy. Helpful guy - right down to business and follows through. Waldorf is top-notch IMO.
