Please enjoy the C whole tone scale. It's an easy way of playing sophisticated-sounding keyboard parts without actually being sophisticated. Like, jazz is just every other note

There's only two, the other (C#) starts a half step up. It sounds so nice to weave this into pentatonic lines.--noah

Forgot to say you can modulate to just about any chord from a diminished chord.

Both would be fine. But keep the keyboard display. It would be a dis-service to lead people down a handicapped path such as the piano roll.
