This was my first synth I purchased. I read the manual 500 times and it looks like you can't program these, is that correct? No internal sequencer? How do you all feel about this synth?
Thanks

I really rate this synth. Real, rich, gritty sounds. It does have a basic sequencer which can loop a sequence when a note is held down, similar to an appegiator, but you can also sequence knob movements using the bottom row of knobs. But it wouldnt be much good for doing anything complicated. I mainly use it to make my synth sounds more interesting... but have a go. Try tweaking one of the presets, like the one with a drum loop, try working out how they did it.
Hope this helps...

It can be programmed, as in you can make up new sounds. No on-board sequencer. But most really good synths don't have a built in sequencer.

you have to save over the presets. there 128 possible patches you can make, and you can always restore the factory presets. And i recomend using an external sequencer, like the Yammy Rm1x, or a software seq. like logic, cubase or sonar.
