Holy sh!t, did you guys read the comments page of that site? Like 50% of the people thought it was serious, another 25% thought that it was meant to be "funny" and said they shouldn't joke like that. Only like 1 out of 4 got the intended message, and I bet out of those people many were already aware of subtleties of unintentional racism that the site was highlighting.

No joke. Someone has brought this lawsuit.

*Rev. Jesse gets no love these days. A group called
African Americans Against Exploitation has filed a lawsuit
against Jackson accusing him of fraud and requesting that
the court enter a restraining order to stop Jackson from
claiming that he represents the black community.
The suit was filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court
on November 12. Plaintiffs also include the Brotherhood
Organization of a New Destiny.
�We don�t know what the judge can rule, but Jesse
Jackson should not represent himself for a whole race
of people,� said Al Brown, an AAAE member and former
Kentucky Republican Party chairman.
�This is a nuisance lawsuit with no basis in law or fact,�
said Tracy Rick a lawyer for Jackson�s Rainbow/Push
Coalition.
�We will seek to have plaintiffs pay the fees and costs
associated with defending this frivolous lawsuit.�
