Hi there.Chances are I'll be collecting a Microwave I next week... any owners out there who can advise on a controller-box? Does it matter? The Access Programmer seems a bit hard to find and probably pretty expensive... Maybe some hints on if & how I can use my VirusB to control / program?

Thanks for any pointers,

-M-

I have one, and yes it is a dream. The MW1 without it is VERY cumbersome to use, especially in live settings. You're talking abut trying to control a SUPER synth with six buttons and one knob, versus a workable inferface. Dude, get one and be a happy mofo, don't and hate programming your box.

sound diver is also REALLY cool. I just started getting into that one, modifying my wavetables and stuff. Very nice tool, very powerful and convenient, if you're not so worried about live manipulation.

I had my K2500 for yeeears before Sound Diver made me appreciate it for what it truly is. It just lays it all out for ya, easy to understand. It will open up new worlds in your synths.

Yeah, I still have SoundDiver for my Virus laying around somewhere... I need to get my MIDI business working on the PC. For now I want to stay with knob-fiddeling, so D- drop me a line will you ;)?
