Eeee, 'ello.

I've been shift->selecting my faders in the environment window and shifting the whole lot up and down. Now, all is well, except that if I shift one down a couple of dB, the others move either more or less depending on if they are higher or lower than the fader I'm dragging. Why is this? I'm sure there's a perfectly valid reason that I'm too stupid to be aware of.

...And is there any way of making all faders move up/down the same ammount?

cheers,

Boo.

whasup Boo, you ninny! i already explained this to someone in this forum, but... to make it short: they ARE moving by the same amount in *dB*, which is what you want anyway. but you see them crossing a different lenght of the way because like any self respecting fader they show a logarythmic (sp?) scale, which shows greater resolution around zero mark and towards the top.

geddit?

if so, can you sort me out with a job for sony now?   ;)

regards, m.

Ah, so that's why. I thought it must be something clever like that. Hmmm. That explains a lot.

Thanks, milan!

You sound more like a British bloke every day, geez.

Job@Sony?
