Hey!

I use two Hyundai 19" CRT monitor screens with my graphic card HIS Excalibur ATI Radeon 9000 Pro (dual monitor support).

On the standard 15-pin VGA connector on the graphic card i have connected my first monitor. On the second DVI-I to VGA connector i have connected my second monitor.

But i have some trouble. The monitor that is connected to the DVI-I to VGA connector have problems with the screen. It shows shadows behind the desktop items and so. I have tried the second monitor on the same output but same problems.

Can anyone help me to solve this please.

regards
daka

all I can say is make sure you got the latest drivers for your OS and also drivers for the actual screens which should be PnP.

Have you tried running lower resolution? Running two monitors at very high resolution can be troublesome at times.

Could be a bad DVI->VGA also. I would contact ATI about it.
