im just starting up and plan on having a decent budget but dont know what i need. i love both trance and hip hop and am looking forward to creating my own style of beats i dont want to waste money with starter kits but i dont necessarily want everything top of the line (although itd be nice) or all at once i want to spin my own techno-being able to import my own vocals, sound effects, and original tunes from other instruments such as a saxaphone etc. Would my best bet be to begin with a dual disc cd player (where you can scratch as well) and then add to a mixer & drum machine or is there a better way to go also-any suggestions on products or any overall help will be great-Weve all been in my shoes at one time or another so any advice is appreciated
