Original Message 1/2 08-May-03 @ 02:11 PM - HOONTECH DSP 3000
I'm in the middle of building myself a computer-based home studio setup (at last) and can't quite decide what soundcard to go for. I'm quite familliar with the Delta 1010 (looking for something of that quality/standard) and discovered the existence of the HOONTECH DSP 3000... Can anyone enlighten me... How do these soundcards compare? + I can't work out whether it's XP-compatible, though I guess it must be. I feel dumb. Help...
Cheers.

Well the DSP3000 utilises the same PCI card but has a much better specc'd rackmount box (in 2U I believe)
As such, both systems will use the same drivers and support both XP and OSX. The XP WDM drivers are pretty mature from my experience so you should have no problems.
