I went out at the weekend and bought myself one of these ..

http://www.diy.com/bq/product/product.jhtml?PRODID=178425&paintCatId=&CATID=182706

May I say it was worth every single penny. Mowing the lawn is now leisure time, not chore time. No more electric cables to have to pull out the way, frigging around with extension leads..etc.. its truly liberating. I'd choose petrol over electric any day.

I cant wait until my lawn needs another cut. In fact if anyone wants me to do theirs then let me know.

self-propelled!! - lol!

The best for a laugh is a Ride-on!! - me mums got one and it is seriously speedy in high gear!... you have to lean-out going round corners like in sidecar racing sometimes to stop it toppling over(after a few beers) - But watch out for low branches when passing under a tree - ouch!

ha ha ha ha ha ha ha. There was a story once of some geezer in devon. He took his sit on lawn mower to the pub in the afternoon, only expecting to have a quick jar before returning to carry on mowing his lawn. The police nicked him at midnight going down this country lane, drunk in charge of a lawn mower. I can imagine that was a hi octane car chase for the pigs !

ha ha ha ha ! Perhaps his missus is like shagging the elephant mans hat, hence why he resorted to a machine.

I couldnt have robot lawn mowers, or vacuum cleaners. The lawn mower would get nicked within 2 seconds of putting it out on the front garden, and the vacuum cleaner thing is just stupid. Your just about to rinse one out over a copy of razzle when all of sudden this fucking robot thing rides over it and sucks the mag up. Bollocks to that.

saw inside Annie Sprinkle's bits with the aid of a specula and a torch. Had a 'tits on head' picture as well but don't know where that is now

heh - It's our drummers line, he used to do some standup - you have to say it in a 'Les Dawson' voice...

another:

"She had nipples like gorilla's thumbs an' thighs like condoms filled with curdled milk & maggots"

ghaahh!!!

Did he also do the comedy piano playing as well. that was the pinnacle of Les's comedy career.
