Howdy,

How do you set a master keyboard controller on Cubase?

IE: On a midi track, you designate the in/out. I want to be able to have the in/out of my midi box and be able to control the midi track without setting the In to my keyboard.

With logic, it automatically recoginzed the masterkeyboard and I could use it on any track. Is there a function on Cubase like this?

For the record, I'm using SL- And I've checked the manual   Can't really seem to find an accurate description of what I'm looking for.

I hope this question was somewhat legible-

Thanks alot!

Andrew

i think do you mean Logic monitors all midi in's but cubase you have to choose, per-track selected?

If you choose a midi in while holding the ctrl key it will be copied to all tracks.

um... how about the setup mme bit in the START MENU - start/cubase/setup mme

move the required midi ports into the correct order or priority

it's VST yes... not SX ?
