i started listening to it and completely forgot about it untill about half way thru the track where some cool things started happening. then i woke up

I know I always say this, but it reminds me of Tangerine Dream stuff from the 70's. I could easily chill to this on the headphones and drift off on a journey.
GM, well done for holding back and not being tempted to overfill the track. It certainly works. Nice. Although does it have a tad of Philly Ambience to it in places ?! *sound of fat bloke running off*
