He seems to be stuck between two layers of the display screen. He's been crawling around my screen all morning, but he seems to have died now and I feel kind of sad for him and also a little annoyed that he is permanently stuck there in the bottom right (is there any way of getting his corpse out from there?). I almost tried to take a screenshot to show you, but then thought about it.

hehe.... he's probably stuck between the thin plastic layer over the LCD and the glass/plexi hard surface that you can actually touch with your fingers. If that's the case, you'll probably need to open it up to get him out. either that or dig him out with a pocket knife, but I don't think you'll like the consequences of that route.

I had a thunderfly stuck in mine for ages. I did think about getting him out but I thought I'd keep him as a pet. A dead one.

Vacuum cleaner?

I have an Apple 23" HD Cinema display and every so often a moth or someting gets trappedin the transparent, hollow, surround.

It is sad, but inevitably I decide it's less sad than hacking my monitor to peices to save itis life.. now that is sad..

As a side note, the moths turn to dust quite quickly, so there is nwo a layer of dusted moth corpses in the nice clear plastic feet.
