building a desktop system for someone with a laptop, pcmcia soundcard setup. doesn't really want to buy another soundcard.

there's pci cards with a pcmcia slot on them, am i gonna run into audio driver hell with this? anyone tried this before?

Haven't tried it myself, but seem to remember reading about it in SOS as an option.

Maplin worth a try at this price though??
