Apple Computers wins against Apple Corps at High Court

Apple Computers has been found not guilty of infringing copyright in its ongoing dispute with Apple Corps over the use of the apple logo.

In London's High Court this morning, Justice Mann ruled that the computer firm cannot be held liable for infringement, but granted an immediate request from Apple Corps for an appeal.

Apple Computers sought an interim damages payment of �1.5m, which was rejected by Mann. Similarly, Apple Corps sought to gain interest payments, which were also rejected by the Judge.

However, Justice Mann noted that there are significant prospects for Apple Corps when the case goes to appeal.

Thats a fuching diversion, what else are they doing while this is happening.
I knew a guy said he would become massive mental rich powerful and just do serious public hideous shit till the people had no choice but to sieze the day, pour over the guards and kill him. If he is doing it he's a saint really.
