Just wondering if anyone had any experience/advice relating to this? I'm interested in the possibilities of using, say, an RM1X to sequence Reaktor on my laptop, especially for live use.

(I've just realised this is very vague, but haven't really thought it through myself yet.... would still welcome any opinions.)

yup, why not, of course a fast low latency audio device is still required, but yeah, should work ok

I had an idea for a script once. It's basically Jaws except when the guys in the boat are going after Jaws, they look around and there's an even bigger Jaws. The guys have to team up with Jaws to get Bigger Jaws.... I call it... Big Jaws!!!

Yeah, I'm also still flirting with the idea to merge a laptop with some virtual instruments & effects into my MPC based set-up. Always find it difficul to get my head around the way to best set it up. Interested to hear how others have done this.

why cant u just midi IN to the lappy and trigger? - mix the whole lot on a small board
