i've got one sitting in a storage box, but i'm in england, and i aint fired it up for about 10 years, so it might not even work after sitting for 10 years... also you wont be able to get new disks for it, it needs the little 2.8 quickdisks, and they aren't made any more i dont think

you'd be bettter off dumnping the data from the hardware sequencer via midi to a PC (assuming you want to use it for that)

what sequencer you got?.. qx5?

I had an idea for a script once. It's basically Jaws except when the guys in the boat are going after Jaws, they look around and there's an even bigger Jaws. The guys have to team up with Jaws to get Bigger Jaws.... I call it... Big Jaws!!!

Roland are the only people making a MIDI data player nowadays. Built in GSM/GM2 soundset and speakers. Can't think of the model number offhand.

A lot of the keyboards with built in sequencers will play MIDI files as well.
