Hello everybody, i'm very young boy and i love making hip-hop, chillout and jazz beats...but i ain't got a beatbox or a synth, so i gotta use pc software but they don't satisfy me...i was looking for a roland mc 500 MKII and i think it's a good beatbox...can someone explain me if it's good and easy for me and if i can use it for hip-hop and jazz? thank you my adress is daniele991@hotmail.com ...i'd love receving good answers

Dude, it's not a beatbox. it has no sounds in it at all, it is only a hardware sequencer for recording and playing back and editing midi notes and midi data

However, put it with an old 12 bit sampler like an s900, s950 or e-mu e-max, a small mixer and a few basic fx units such as a delay & a compressor and you've got the heart of a classic old-skool hardware system

I had an idea for a script once. It's basically Jaws except when the guys in the boat are going after Jaws, they look around and there's an even bigger Jaws. The guys have to team up with Jaws to get Bigger Jaws.... I call it... Big Jaws!!!
