when i try to bounce a tracks on my tascam it makes a really ugly squeal over the sound, can someone help me

you have a loop.... hmm... actuakly the unit is sitting about 10ft away from me as a freind brought it over, i'd have to check it out

it only has a master out L/R, and if you feed that OUT back IN again and you'll inevitably get a loop/squeel... hang on...


well as a guess, IF the LEVEL wheels on each track only affect PLAYBACK level (which I'm sure they do from memory), and they dont effect record level (which i think they dont), then just turn DOWN fully the LEVEL wheel on the track you are bouncing TOO, and adjust the record level with a combination of the PLAYBACK track's LEVEL wheel & the input MIC/LINE fader

that should do it i think, if not say so and i'll drag out a tape and try it, but be quick, the unit wont be here for long

I had an idea for a script once. It's basically Jaws except when the guys in the boat are going after Jaws, they look around and there's an even bigger Jaws. The guys have to team up with Jaws to get Bigger Jaws.... I call it... Big Jaws!!!
