Subject: Roland_MC-50

I download midi files from my computer to
a 3 1/2 floppy and when I insert it in the
MC-50 I get a Error 12 disk 1/0 display.
The Roland book says to initalize the disk
at that point but when I do that I loose the data
and if I put it (the disk) back in my computer
my computer does not recognize it anymore and
wants to configurate it, so its back to sqare one.
Can anybody help me with this?
