Do it get some comps going, get timcode burnt into the clip and we all set it to music, winner gets a night with angelina jolie and a bag of coke.

Ever see any of the Blue Collar Comedy Tour? It's all redneck humor.

Of course I haven't memorized this word for word so I have to paraphrase but one bit Larry the Cable
Guy did started with him talking about looking around in 'one of them there Victoria Secrets stores".
He said, "You know what I saw in there? Women's undershorts with a hole in the crotch. They cost
$20. Can you believe that? $20 for a pair of undershorts with a hole in the crotch. Hell, I got a drawer
full of those at home. I must be sittin' on 2, 3 hundred dollars right there. Undershorts with holes in
the crotch. One day I drove to my girlfriend's house cuz it was her birthday. I walked into her living
room and she was sitting there, legs wide open, wearing a pair of undershorts with a hole in the
crotch. She said to me, 'You want some o' this?' and I said, 'Hell no! Look what it did to your
undershorts!"

I think k is all other people. Influx was grumpy k. Nobody was bizarro k...or was that Xoxos? Yeah,
Nobody was non sequitur k. Darkstate was pimp k with all of his girl band singers.

I listened to an Influx track called "Cranial" last night. Damn, his beats are totally awesome.

I remember the voting yourself up the charts scandal. I think there was more than one or else one
continuous scandal with a long thread. lol. Do you remember the "I am a God" thread? I think it might
still stand as dancetech's longest. I'm going to search for it. Maybe we can get it going again. :P

Very nice tracks! What user name did you use back in the day? I'm assuming Bouncer was the one
dedicated to Influx? It starts off sounding like one of his tracks from back then. I like the Indian motif in
the second track....Hypnotic something I think is the name? I liked them all. Maybe the 5th I liked least
but I didn't let it finish. Had to get up and take care of something.

too.

I found the "I am a God" thread but I posted a comment and it popped up in the Music Tech forum. Of
course it would. I forgot that's where all of the lounge type threads were back in the day.

in which i am proud to say i've never posted, by principle.

That said there is quite a good zwolf the elf and some pure kill whithey "nobody" moments in there.

classic entertainment, altho' Tony was rather poor.

Ill post a remixed version soon.
Ha its quite good should develop it, i find sometimes on the fly creation even if only for fun can be rewarding as having a goal can be productive, rather than thinking i have 40 plugin synths some hardware and more ram and drives and cpu than u can poke a stick at.

That is a comment I made on Aug 02. Great to know I've not matured a bit over the last 8 years.

omg! lol

I was having problems so I went to the actual place once...the mechanic told me my problems
were a bad compressor, shite gear, and I needed a new filter. Then he said, "Dude, your brakes
are beat. Your drums need some serious work. Just pull up next to that sine and we'll get you
squared away. By the time we're done you'll be ready to hit the tracks". They had some
industry ads hanging on the walls. The one I remember was some grease monkey dressed up
as Shakespeare asking, "TB or not TB?" In the end the mechanic told me there were just
too many things wrong and suggested I think about getting a new audiomobile. I was really in no
moog to hear that but I asked him anyway if there were any he could recommend....he
suggested a MIDI Cooper. I took his advice and bought one. I like it except getting In and Out is a
pain. It's good on the Thruway though. I called the dealership and complained that it didn't
respond quickly. The guy said, "Well yeah. They built a bit of delay into that model." He said he
always felt that wasn't their best engineering move. I echoed the sentiment. He said if I wanted
to trade it in they are offering a special slapback program but I said, "Nah. I don't drive it
much anymore. I use it with low frequency." I told him I'd pop in though just to look around and
he said, "Ok then. Osciyallator", and hung up.

And that was the sequencer of events.

groan!

so, a canadian joke:

this penguin drives into a small-town garage with engine trouble. The mechanic says he can take a look at it in an hour or two. So the penguin goes for a walk round town and buys an ice-cream from the parlour.

he comes back some time later and as he approaches, the mechanic see's him and says

"Looks like you've blown a seal buddy!"

to which the penguin replies, wiping his beak..

"nah, it's just ice cream"

Anybody remember the cartoon strip, "The Far Side" by Gary Larson? I used to love those single
frame cartoons. I was reminded of one today.

A slightly goofy looking cowboy gunslinger is standing, his gun still smoking, over the body of
someone he apparently just killed. He's asking dead guy questions like, "Who wrote the Constitution?
What is the circumference of the Earth? What does the c in E=mc2 represent?" Meanwhile another
cowboy running toward him from the saloon is yelling, "Bart, you idiot! How many times have I told
you, you can't shoot first and ask questions later!"
