Since upgrading to OS2, my Supernova isn't quite so super. It's making some horrible clicking noises intermittently.

I've tried changing and removing the MIDI cables but it still continues. I reloaded in the factory sounds after upgrading, and even upgraded a second time to no avail. Should I restore back to OS1? Will this solve the problem?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

You need to send the unit back to us...sorry it needs modification. Take it back to your dealer and they will organise service. Its very simple and sould only take a short time to turn around.

I desperately want to keep my Supernova and don't wish to send it back just yet. Going back to OS1 HAS cured the problem.

Is the problem therefore caused by OS2, or is there a genuine hardware fault?

Your comments and advice would be greatly appreciated. I don't mind waiting till OS3 comes out if that will cure the problem. Thanks.

Possibly a stupid question, but does this apply to all SN's or is it a problem with a small number of units?

I've upgraded my supernova. Sometimed in the middle of playing a piece it freezes and plays a note or two constantly without end. It will only stop if I turn it off. When I do that it will not turn on properly. It locks on the window saying "Supernova OS". I have to turn it on over and over until it finally proceeds to the main screen. At first I thought O had created a midi loop, but I haven't. What should I do?
