Well, according to Novation's MSRP, the 16 voice model is $2,999 and
the 32 voice model is $2,199. Guess I'll take the
32 voice, since it's $800
LESS! :>) Is the 32 even
available yet? My dealer is
unable to answer this question.

The 'street price' I'm finding in the US is $1,800
(16 voice).

I know there's reasons beyond the control of Novation but just to get this off my chest. Here is the recommended retail price of the supernova in UK, USA and Australia. UK 1299pounds,USA $US2199, Australia $AUS5000. Converting that into aust dollars for comparison. The UK price is $AUS3330, the USA price is $AUS3435, the Australian price is a WOPPPPIIINNNGGG $AUS5000, that's five thousand dollars folks.
The stupid thing about this is that anytime I buy any musical gear I get it overseas on holiday (I could go to the US buy it, have a holiday and come back for the same price as buying it here, including air fare) or I get a friend to buy what I want for me and send it over. I'd like to support the local industry but I'm not a martyr.
