Hi !

I'm writing a SysEx-Manager for the BassStation (Editing Sounds and managing them in form of libraries).
I have still some problems concerning the meaning of some Bits
of the SysEx-Data, especially the tone-data at Byte #53, where the Filter Mod. Src. ist stored and Byte #55, where the Osc.2-range=2'-flag is stored.

Because it is very important that the programm can import, handle and export the SysEx 100% correctly, I would ask you to tell me how to get the SysEx-Specifications of the BassStation.

And there are still some other questions :
1.)
The SysEx starts e.g. with 0xf0, 0x00, 0x20, 0x29, 0x01
On a website I found, that the next byte is 0x01 for the keyboard-version and 0x02 for the rack-version. But my keyboard sends 0x02.
Are there some different versions ?

2.)
Are the SysEx-Data of the keyboard- and the rack-version equivalent ?
Or do they sound different ?
(This is important, because maybe it's usefull to handle rack-SysEx and keyboard-SysEx separately)

Thanx in advance,

- Mark
