For about the last four months now i have been eagerly awaiting each issue of FM to see if any suppliers were going to drop the supernova price to no avail. Then exactly 10 days ago 5th feb.
I got fed up waiting and orderd the SN from turnkey where i was told that no price drop was about to happen. Then 6 days latter 11th feb when FM came out turnkey and a couple of other suppliers have droped their price by �100. Thats a lot of dosh to lose in 6 days.

Can't you return it & buy it again at the cheaper price? Better yet, won't Turnkey reimburse you the difference so they don't lose the sale?

I've had more than one run in with Turnkey on pricing issues. Any other comments.

Good to see i am not alone. I have written them a stinking letter demanding urgant action. Cause theres no point in phoning as they just brush you off and theres no lasting record of your complaint. My main objection is that i asked them at the time if they were going to drop the price and they said no. 6 days later they do exactly that Who the F**k do they think they are. After all my main reason for doing business with Turnkey was to try and avoid the cowboys.
