Maybe someone can help me... Cakewalk seems to be resetting my Drumstation's individual output settings once I return to the beginning of my sequence. I didn't set any controllers in the sequencer - should I simply save the settings while in Utility mode on the Drumstation?

Any help would be appreciated.

Save the output settings into a Drum Program.

Refer to the manual on how to do this...Page 13.

If it still does this after having written it in then please ask Cakewalk what data it sends when reset is applied.
