You know how it is when you are creating or remixing a tune, you sort of go around the machines searching for voices, my prefferred method being to use the program changes in cubase, until something jumps out at me. Well by lucky hept I stumbled on a voice in the supernova that had an arp pattern, and incredibly it kept time, and worked very well. So We used it. Put the tune down onto DAT and proceeded to the next thing. Anyway, we decided to re-visit the remix of this tune, NOTE WITHOUT TOUCHING ANYTHING ON THE SUPERNOVA!!!, and can we get that pattern to play correctly? Of course not! Nothing even resembling it, even though its the same voice and program change etc. Im a bit baffled here because although we all love the temperemantal nature of synths, they do need controlling sometimes, and now is that time! WHERE IS THAT PATTERN? I promise I have changed absolutely NOTHING!
