when recording live tweaks of multiple
knobs into the sequencer(passport's Master Tracks) there has been glitches
that interfere with the arpeggiator.
any clues as to why this is a problem?

Check your OS version by holding down audition and powering up...the display should say 19 if not you will need an upgrade to version 1.9 to improve this situation. This is an eprom and needs to be fitted by an engineer.
Contact your distributor for instructions.
You can get around this problem by recording the notes coming out of the SBR onto a different track and then switching the ARP off in the program and playing the Track with the recorded arpeggiator back at it...this has the added advantage that track delays can be used in the software to tighten sounds with attacks.
