Subject: Display problem

Hello,
I have a problem with the display of my SNV: I was trying some Performance (B009) playing with Part Edit 1(A003), when I want to change the Filter (Low-med-high-12-18-24) suddenly the display disapears a few seconds! The same with LFO (Sq-Saw-Tri-s/h) and with Oscillators (Sq-Saw). I saved the Performance.
With the same Performance when I try to change a Part, I fall immediately in Program mode and it happens every time and only when I use this Performance (B009)????
I must add something: when I want to give a Midi channel to a Part in Performance, the other Parts take the same number???Why?
Finally few days ago I wrote:"Maybe somebody can help me: when I use the Performance part, let's say 3 parts,
working on the arpeggio module, changing the choice between Poly,User, or mono to
get some variety in the rythm it freezes the whole Supernova continuing to run like a mad
train without conductor! So I'm obliged to shut down the Supernova for 10 seconds...This
happens 3 times... My question is: why? Thank's in advance for the reply

Please advise the OS version number...you see it when you power up...16 or 32 voices?

This problem accurs when You use performance and midi thru together. One of the parts is selected (by the buttons) and another is being edited thru the sequencer - midi thru...
then this strange problem appear.
When Novation will install local off it will disapear.
Try changing the part that you edit by the buttons.

Yes it is true that editing the synth directy is done from the front panel and this is output via midi so if a sequencer is connected and soft thru enabled then the sequencer will remap the controllers to another channel which susequently will alter another part on the remaped channel...
