Hey there.

It's me again.

Okay, so I have to get an RMA number to send in my Supernova so I can get that (SUPER) annoying frequency knob thing fixed right? How do I do that? Also, I'm in the states, will I have to send it to the U.K.? Or is there somewhere here I can get it fixed? Also, when I send it back, if OS3 is available, will they put it on for me if I asked? Or will they just replace the thing altogether? I need to know specific phone numbers to call, and what not. Help!

Thanks.

Josh

You can get the phone numbers from the USA page on this site...

Before you send it back...

What is the problem with the frequency knob?

OS3 will be available on this site to download. You do not need to send it back for this to be installed...

The problem is that my frequency will rapidly jump from whatever I'm at on the knob to a random number. It sounds really horrible. Also, I just noticed that some of my effects knobs make a "clicking" sound when I turn them.

Thanks.
