Oh dear the filter switch has no function either.
Truly abysmal.

have you checked your mod settings and env settings they are dual-teired & sometimes it seems one osc is not there - it is just hijacked by the mod's or env' settings

Yep.
The problem was that the switch actualy did not switch between saw and square.
It switched between square and square!
But soon those good people who are Novation will patch it up and send it back so that all will be well...
