Subject: Can I Download new sounds into OS2?

Man I learn a lot from all you guys but I have always been hesistant to download beta versions. I guess I will be if the full OS3 hasnt come out by July.
Anyway, now that there are sounds available for download at the novation1 site, will I be able to download them into my SN even though its still an OS2? Will I be able to send in my sounds for others to download even though they are OS2?

Some sounds can be loaded into OS2, but if any of them use features which were introduced in OS3 Beta, they probably won't sound right.
As a general rule, SN sounds will be forwards compatible rather than backwards.
This means that loading OS2 sounds into OS3 will always work, but loading the other way may cause problems.
