Subject: Credit Card Itch

I've been experiencing extreme credit card itch for the last two weeks. Purchase of a Supernova might cure it. But with this mystery about the Supernova 2... Will there be a Supernova 2 rack? Should I wait? Should I buy? Will my brand new Supernova be superceded within a week?
The itching is getting intolerable. Perhaps I should get a Q instead. (No wait, that synth is not finished either. Does anybody still finish writing their software before release?)

I suspect if anything the Supernova Keyboard will come out, that's all. I doubt Novation will come up with a major replacement for the SN any time soon, they still have the Nova and SN to finish off, and the (as yet unreleased?) SN keyboard to support.
A Q would be a very competitive alternative. If you can buy them both and return one for refund, so you can compare (i.e. find a place that will do that without any trouble doing it) in depth, that would probably be ideal.
Alternatively, find a store that has both to listen to, and spend some time listening and playing before you buy.
You won't go wrong either way, ultimately.
