i have in the past tried to contact novation regarding getting some parts for my out of warrantee super bass station, no reply, wasnt worried because i didnt play with my synths much and forgot about it.

well i'm using the toys again and need parts, and am getting the cold shoulder, i emailed their "us distributor" address on their page as instructed but have heard nothing. is there some secret password i need to use to get a response?

I've also been ignored by Novation US email support for my drumstation. I should try them over the telephone soon. Anyone at Novation listening? Phil?
