I own a Nova and can say but good about it ...

But why is it that every time Phil is asked about the "special"
button that he just doesnt answer, even not addressing the issue
in any way at all ?

I mean, man, tell us something, like 'next OS' or 'forget it '.

Cos' I just want to stop waiting for the aliens to show up !

If I remember it right, he has said that it would be in V4.0.

However, what Phill *has* been quiet about is what date Novation has scheduled this version for...

As I remember it, some guy at Novation
sad that there is ony a couple of
kilobytes of program memory left for
program updates in the Supernova.

Will new functionality even fit?

Yes it will fit but you will not get a supernova II.
