Phil,
I've been writing to your tech help from the www.novationusa.com to no avail. From all the research I have done, I beleive I need a new power supply. My Super BassStation locks up/freezes when I'm sequencing using CuBase or my Yamaha EX5. I live in Canada, and Long & McQuade (your distributors) suck when it comes to repairs/warranty work. I'd rather not deal with them. Please help.
