The Yamaha RY30 is by far the best, newer machine, and is slightly more avalible than 808 + 909

depends on the chews style you wanna do...if you need mostly 909, and you must have a hardware unit....then go for the novation drumstation.........I'd say without doubt the best modern imitator machine......however, go to the drumboxes section (frontpage), and there is a list of dancey drum boxes at different prices....
