hello,
my name is Igor and I'm doing remixes at home. I really liked the Hammerhead.
It's great to interact with pattern-based sequencer, and I'm thinking in buying a
sampler that makes it live. I won't carry a computer to a club!
so I thought about a MPC2000, with its pads, but I don't have 2000 bucks to spend.
I can spend only 500-600 US$.

so what about the akai S20, roland MS-1 or others cheap samplers to interact live?
any suggestions?

I know theirs specs, but how its sequencer works? something like a MMT-8?

Have you tried tracking down an old MPC60? There's software now that will give it most of the features from the MPC3000.
