This "add on" defently is the "real" Waldorf Microwave 2 XT
hardware in form of a "add on board" for Terratec EWS 64 XL
Users.

PS: I hope users of the "original" Microwave 2s (XT and non XTs)
also get the Editor Software.
Also i hope the Waldorfs include the modification / generation
of own user - Wavetables (like in SoundDiver) in this piece of
Software.

thanx Holger............. could be a killer for the card....... I tell you... I'm sure within another 1-2 years, ALL the majors will have card based synths and samplers, and you can work the whole lot from a remote keyboard

Sod all wrong with the microwave ive got, cooks things thru just nice, but otherwise, yeah, it would be an advantage, take the argument between the cs1x and the db50xg daughterboard for example, its virtually the same thing as yer talking about but in a different context
