Almost every time I sit down at this box now, in some form or another it fucks up. I create a new pattern get a couple tracks down and it rither resets, and I loose the pattern I was working on or it won't let me record anything. I've lost several decent patterns, and it just pisses me off. Any clues/suggestions?

I don't know I bought it used. I know about the different software versions, but I don't know what to do about it.

I've crashed mine only once in over a year, must be your machine. Roland upgrades for free.
