ok, after much saving and years of trying to get something good together by
buying little bits and pieces here and there, i've decided to just say screw it all and
buy some actual brand-new modern gear.

i'm planning on buying the access virus and a drumstation and then controlling
the virus from a midi controller keyboard with mmt8 sequencer and the drumstation
from an old tr505 drum machine. the virus and the drumstation should cost a bit
under $2000 u.s or 1350 pounds.

can anybody recommend a better way to spend my money? the only thing i can
think of is to get a k2000 synth/sampler.

please post any and all comments! also, what's the word on the novation
supernova? when will it be out in the u.s.? i'd like to get it but i think it'll cost
too much for me?

any opinions on the virus vs. nord2 rack vs. supernova?
