Subject: Basstation reset..please help me!!!

Hi All,
I have an original basstation keyboard which has had some form of hardware crash. I remember from the manual that there is a keystroke or set of keystrokes which resets the thing to the factory settings... DOES ANYONE REMEMBER IT??
I have called Novation UK, and spoke to the designer of the synth who tells me there is no such command... but I remember quite clearly that there is!
Please someone prove Im not mad, and tell me what the key sequence is!
