Could somebody tell me how to change hi-hat sound in Roland JV-1080, from open down to closed and vice versa Parameters, velocity,
envelope etc.

you go into the rhythm section, hit the keyboard note with the hi hat sound it's assigned to. go into the wave parameters and change the hi hat to a different sound to your liking...
