tell me more about the drums?

is that just each drum sound on a multi? or does it have a whole multi with something
like a different drum sound mapped to each key?

are the drums sounds just programmed like anything else or are there some samples
stored in it?

well, it's available as 16 or 32 note poly... c'mon people 32 note.... if you go for the 16 note it can still be upgraded in the future..... Additionally this upgrade card doubles the number of sounds to 1024 Programs in 8 Banks and 512 Performances in 4 Banks. Future Software upgrades can be loaded via MIDI....... lets not forget the arpegiator........ 386 monophonic and polyphonic and user patterns available. Sounds can be layered in Performances allowing Arpeggiated and sustained sounds to be played at the same time........what a monster...There are 128 Preset Monophonic patterns featuring TB303* type slides and 64 User Programmable Monophonic patterns. Additionally there are 128 Preset Polyphonic patterns and 64 User Polyphonic patterns. In Performance mode 8 Arpeggiators are available. This allows the layering of 8 arpeggiations at once, all of which can be synchronised in different time signatures to internal clock or external MIDI Clock....

8 part multitimbrel, with 8 polyphonic outputs each with it's own dedicated fx unit offering multi-fx..... (all additionally controllable via midi..... the pitch wheel for example can affect up to 30 simulttaneous destinations with a single movement.....every single knob and control is midi..... that's 48 independent oscillators in 16 voices in up to 8 parts multitimbrally and with no less than 56 effects all at once! Each of the 8 parts in a Performance has 7 effects, these include Distortion, Eq, Reverb, Chorus/Flanger/Phaser, Delay, Pan/Tremelo and a Comb Filter......yes.... it does the drums too.......
