What can I get instead? All I need is the sequencer, grid, knobs and sliders. No sounds.

mmt8(sequencer) + tr505(drums) + peavey pc1600(knobs and sliders)

Same as above but with the Kawai Q80/Q80EX sequencer:

-Disk Drive (DOS and Standard Midi File compatible on EX)
-More channels (32 instead of the MMT8īs 8)
-Motiff mode (Patterns)
-4 sets of 8 realime mute buttons that covers the 32 channels, and this buttons are very reliables, not as the MMT8īs rubber ones that go fucked in very little time)
-More edit power.

I was thinking of getting an MC-505, but I wanted sampling ability. Bought the ASR-X.
