Just a quickie... Picked this up the other day for free, un-wanted... Blimey, I was surprised with some of the sounds once I fired her up - A superb box with some seriously banging kik drums.... Definately a good box for Hip-hop and you could get some damned good trance and house kiks out of this too (also does 808) - The RT-234 also has a percussion bank with some decent conga's, bongo's etc, and also does bass! - Yup like the old Korg DDD1 this box has a bass section where the pads become keys for playing tones. Bass sounds can be adjusted for timbre from slap to rounded & warmAll in all a great little box that can be had for peanuts:
- 124 drum kits including world percussion rhythms and a wide range of contemporary styles including thrash, metal, punk, industrial, hip hop, funk, ska, R&B and more.
- 297 rhythm patterns (preset 99/user 99/preset groove 99) 50 bass programs
- 99 songs, 13,000 notes maximum
- 13 velocity-sensitive pads
- 32 voice polyphony
- Sound Jammer controller for special effects
- Synchronized play using MIDI IN

I love this machine but cant find it anywhere.This device has sound and nice to use.
